Dead lift

Warm-up

5 x 3 225lbs

Front squat

3 x 5 100lbs – Still tweaking my form on this.

Dumbbell Shrugs

3 x 15 60lbs

Dumbbell bent over rows

3 x 8 35lbs

Face pulls

3 x 8 100lbs

Swiss ball crunches

1 x a bunch 35lbs
